The Academy of Management (AOM) is a leading global professional association dedicated to advancing the field of management and organization studies. Founded in 1936, AOM brings together a diverse community of over 20,000 members from more than 120 countries, including scholars, educators, and practitioners committed to fostering research, teaching, and collaboration across management disciplines.

From this year, AOM is supporting the EBM 2026 Conference through its Community Accelerator Program, helping bring leading global practices into the local context while fostering stronger integration of EBM participants into the international research community at the highest level.

Within this collaboration, the conference will include a dedicated workshop aimed at enhancing research quality and supporting the development of participants’ academic work, thereby improving the overall relevance and impact of research outputs.

The ECO-PACT project (“Enhancing Collaboration in Promoting Attitudes and Consumption Trends for Green Products and Services”) is an international research initiative focused on advancing understanding of sustainable consumption. Implemented through collaboration between the University of Belgrade, Technical faculty in Bor and Masaryk University, Faculty of Economics and Administration in Brno, and supported by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, the project examines Generation Z attitudes toward green products and services. By combining empirical research and best practices from Czech Republic, ECO-PACT aims to provide actionable insights for businesses and policymakers in Serbia, while fostering academic exchange and long-term collaboration in the field of sustainability.

As part of the conference programme, a dedicated roundtable session will be organized to present project insights and encourage discussion among participants.
